By creating an account or using the Softly Chrome extension or web dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Softly is an AI-powered tool that rewrites text (commits, PR descriptions, technical notes) into professional English. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API tokens and credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing accounts or API access is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to use Softly to process content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the extension, bypass rate limits, or disrupt the service infrastructure.
The Softly name, logo, and source code are the property of the Softly team. You retain all rights to the input text you provide and the rewritten text generated by the service. We do not store or use your content for any purpose other than providing the service.
Softly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we use advanced AI models (like Anthropic Claude), we do not guarantee that the output will be 100% accurate, unbiased, or suitable for your specific needs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or professional reputation) resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Softly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
